Aleisja has a broad
set of skills and experience, currently working as an Engagement and
Human-centred design specialist in government, with extensive experience
working in the tertiary education sector. Aleisja is skilled in stakeholder engagement
(IAP2 practitioner certification in progress), program coordination, agile
project management, workshop design and facilitation, and human-centred design,
including co-design.
Aleisja is 200-hour
registered yoga teacher qualified, with an additional 50-hour yin yoga teacher
qualification, plus Certificate III and IV in Fitness qualified. Aleisja has
been teaching yoga for seven years, however, has been a student of yoga for twenty
years. She has taught in retreat spaces, yoga studios, 1:1 and in the corporate
sector.
Aleisja's formal
education includes a Bachelor of Science (Psychology), and she is currently
studying Environmental Science (Environmental Resource Management).
