Ali Hammoud has extensive training in yoga, meditation, and sound based practices. He completed a six month Advanced Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in India comprising over 1,750 hours of study and practice, and spent 12 years living and teaching within that tradition. His work integrates chanting, meditation, handpan, vocal resonance, and sound immersion practices to create grounded and accessible experiences that support relaxation, connection, and wellbeing.
Ava Christie is a musician, counsellor, facilitator, and poet. She plays the Native American flute, drums, and a variety of world percussion instruments, fusing live music, guided meditation, somatic practices and reflective poetry to create immersive experiences of stillness. Alongside her musical practice, Ava is the founder of Mindful Living Counselling, where her trauma informed approach supports emotional wellbeing and personal growth.
Ava is passionate about creating inclusive and welcoming spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience a greater sense of calm, presence, and connection.
