Ali Hedone is a trauma-informed Somatic Sexologist and Embodied Dance Practitioner, formally certified in Somatic Sexology, Sexological Bodywork, Yoga, Conscious Dance and Tantra and is currently studying Somatic Attachment Therapy.
Somatic Sexology is the meeting of Somatics - focusing awareness through the body - with Sexology - the scientific study of human sexuality. It is the merging of practices from time-tested traditions such as yoga, meditation and tantra, with cutting-edge research in neuroscience, psychology and somatic learning theory.
Through Ali's workshops and 1:1 sessions, participants are encouraged to open up and be themselves, to ask questions and share their experiences, and to normalize conversations about sexuality that have traditionally been taboo in our society. With a focus on self-knowledge and freedom of expression, Ali helps participants explore their desires, boundaries, and sexual expression in a way that feels authentic and empowering.
Whether you are looking to heal from past trauma, overcome shame and guilt, or simply deepen your understanding and enjoyment of your sexuality, Ali's workshops and 1:1 sessions offer a safe and supportive space to explore and grow.
