Amanda Sowersby
Amanda Sowersby, also known as DJ Ora, is an ecstatic dance trained DJ whose name embodies life force, weaving, and well-being. Ora carries the meaning of breath, vitality, and the golden feminine essence, connecting to the sun force and its radiant qualities of warmth, illumination, and life-giving energy. Through her music sets, she takes people on transformative wave journeys, activating frequencies for healing, deep embodiment, and a heightened sense of consciousness.
Amanda is also an Art Alchemist and founder of Art & Alchemy, her art and wellness school based in Havelock North’s beautiful Keirunga Gardens. Through her work, she weaves together art, well-being, and healing modalities to guide people on transformative journeys from darkness to light, connecting mind, body, and soul.
Bridget Schaeffers
Inspired by over a decade of dedicated practice and study in yoga, meditation, and self-enquiry, Bridget is devoted to sharing the Eastern wisdom that has guided her journey back to Self. Her teachings are a living, breathing offering — shaped by experience, and led by the intelligence of all layers of our being.
Bridget creates sacred containers that invite students into an embodied experience of presence. Her classes are journeys: each offering a thread of wisdom transmitted through embodied movement, sound, breath, visualisation and stillness. Each experience is designed to guide people into their bodies and beyond — into the deeper currents of awareness and truth that live within us all.
Through her grounded presence and intuitive guidance, Bridget’s gift is to illuminate our innate wholeness. She helps others remember the beauty, clarity, and wisdom available to us in each moment — and that living in step with the sacred is a beautiful way of being in the world.
