I’m a Human Design Reflector.
Human Design is a self-discovery framework that explores how we uniquely experience, process, and interact with the world. According to Human Design, there are five different energy types, with Reflectors being the rarest archetype, representing around 2% of the world’s population.
As a Reflector, I offer a unique perspective, the ability to mirror and reflect back what I sense in others with honesty, compassion, and without judgement. Reflectors are often described as “the canaries in the coal mine,” with a sensitivity to the subtle shifts, patterns, and energies within people and environments.
Through my sessions and workshops, I create a space where you can feel deeply seen, reconnect with yourself, and gain clarity around your own experiences. By combining my Reflector perspective with training across multiple holistic therapies, bodywork, personal development, and energy work modalities, I offer a unique approach to supporting self-awareness, healing, and growth.
