I’m a holistic therapist, podcast host and purpose mentor. I organise events to connect the community with their body, mind and soul.
I’m currently holding spaces for women under @ikigai.empowerment in Adelaide & Surrounding areas.
I live at Kymelia Park on the Limestone Coast in Rendelsham , 5280 and run womens circles at ‘The Sister Sanctuary’ each month on either a Saturday or Sunday afternoon.
I do collabs all around Australia and icebath events at Port Willunga Beach through @4.heartfrequency
