Amy Sands

Amy is a passionate teacher, counsellor, and Play Therapist spanning over 15 years. Amy has dedicated the past 5 years to working in schools as a Guidance Officer/Counsellor as well as opening her own private practice. She is passionate about supporting individuals to feel confident and empowered in their life journey, through a person-centred and family systems approach. Amy believes that every person can, and should, feel they belong and have the confidence to be them in this world.
