Amy Schaller is a third-generation Tucsonan and first-generation college student. She has a master’s degree in Gender and Women’s Studies and has spent most of her career working in the Tucson non-profit sector for grant-funded community programs. She has been in recovery since 2007. Amy began facilitating breathwork in 2017 and spent two years working in a clinical trauma treatment center supporting residents on their healing journeys. She offers breathwork and sound healing sessions in Tucson.
