Amy Thomas is an Embodied Temple Keeper, Mana Movement Facilitator, Cacao Ceremony Facilitator/ Trainer & Master NLP Practitioner.
With a passion for dance (Amy has danced since the age of 3) and women experiencing their fullest expression in their bodies, expanding into more of who they are.
She is an expert in navigating our internal world and has specifically trained in facilitating guided embodied movement journeys, helping women to find their authentic expression, connect to their bodies and guide women to reaching a deeper sense of self.
