Ana began her spiritual journey eight years ago after finishing university. A nomadic and unconventional life led her to discover the world of yoga, meditation and lastly Breathwork which is her passion.
Before becoming a yoga teacher, she spent several years practising different styles, learning from a variety of teachers around the world. In 2019 she travelled to Varkala (India) to complete her classical Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa teacher training.
There apart from yoga, she not only discovered the power of Pranayama (breathing techniques to control energy) but also was introduced to the amazing world of fasting, holistic detoxification and the healing magic of living food which helped her to overcome a chronic sinusitis and unbearable period pains.
These practices have given her a better understanding of her body, mind, and spirit. They helped her to build a better relationship with herself. She has been focusing on how she can implement a practical and modern approach in her practices and teachings, as well as taking this attitude to her passion in improving and sharing the art and science of the breath.
In 2022 she became a BREATHLESS instructor, where she learnt a very complete set of breathing tools and approaches that has formed and continues to be part of Ana's training.
With a background as an athlete and rhythmic gymnast, and in the recent years as a devoted freediver, Ana has always been passionate about physical and mental performance. These practices have taken her one step further in her personal and professional life, becoming her routine and her passion. A passion that fuels that strong desire to share the magic of yoga, breathwork and healing processes with the rest of the world.
