Hi, I’m Ana Pieters. I hold a Certificate in IT and Cybersecurity, and I’m based in Melbourne.
My background combines technology, communication and design. Before moving into IT, I studied Social Communication and worked in content creation and UX Design, which helped me develop a clear, human and simple way to explain complex topics.
As a Spanish-speaking migrant in Australia, I’m passionate about creating accessible learning spaces for the Latin community. My goal is to help people understand how to protect themselves online without feeling overwhelmed by technical language.
My workshops are designed for everyday people who want to learn simple, practical and useful tools to navigate the digital world with more confidence.
