Ananda Meditation and Breathwork Center is founded by Nicole Cottrell.
Nicole began her meditation journey over 30 years ago. As a certified meditation teacher, counselor, and theta healer, she has dedicated herself to exploring the depths of spiritual and scientific practices. Her studies encompass a wide range of spiritual traditions, including Buddhism, Hinduism, Hermetic philosophy, Shamanism, and various indigenous traditions from around the world. Alongside her spiritual pursuits, Nicole has deeply studied the science of breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation.
The Ananda Breathwork and Meditation Center, alongside Nicole's courses, embodies the culmination of her lifelong learning journey. Her teachings merge profound esoteric wisdom with scientific insights, soul exploration, and a steadfast dedication to meditation.
