Andrea is dedicated, enthusiastic and passionate Yoga Teacher, having taught yoga for 3 years She is passionate about creating experiences that enable people to explore and deepen their connection to body, mind and spirit in a way that is supportive and inclusive. Her teaching style is nurturing, creative and trauma informed. She aims to create a container that encourages participants to honour their own body and experience.
Andrea’s yoga classes are delivered from the heart and aim to cultivate a sense of grounding and nourishment for mind, body and spirit. She offers an intentional practice which endevavours to cater to all, with invitational language, variations and use of props to support and enhance your practice. Andrea’s classes invite you to own your practice by fostering a sense of empowerment over the way you move and rest.
