I'm Angela, an Occupational Therapist and Certified Mindfulness Meditation Facilitator who seamlessly blends evidence-based practices to create a nurturing, sensory-rich experience. Our goal is to calm the mind, body, and spirit through the harmonious integration of resonant sound, calming breath exercises, mindfulness techniques, and meditation practices for fostering deep relaxation.

By combining our expertise in occupational therapy with holistic approaches, we offers a unique pathway to relaxation and well-being, grounded in scientific research and years of clinical experience.
