Quick fixes don’t work and changing behavior alone often sees no results. Sometimes our ancestors and events can cause an energy block in a family system and these unconscious patterns can play out in later generations, even if we have no knowledge of our family history.
Family Constellations offers a powerful tool for exploring the link between physical symptoms and repressed emotions. Symptoms are often the result of biological factors, but also the expression of inherited traumas, family secrets and unresolved dynamics.
We will work with patterns, relationships and systemic dynamics that can influence the way we experience our lives. No forcing or denying just finding clarity of what system we belong to.
