What began as a passion project has become a thriving network that brings together women from all walks of business to share knowledge and support each other’s success.
Alongside leading IgniteHer, Angelica works in active private equity as a Change Manager, drawing on her experience in global corporations and PE to advise business owners and managers on operations, strategy, and management. Having seen firsthand the challenges of growth and change, she is passionate about helping businesses scale strategically and fostering communities where ambitious women can thrive.
