Zoe Hitchen is a contemporary dance artist and facilitator with a Bachelor of Contemporary Arts, majoring in dance and drama. She brings a deep passion for intuitive movement, creative dance meditation. Zoe's classes offer a grounded, heart-centred space to reconnect with the body, release stuck energy, and find presence through movement. She invites you to shake off what no longer serves you and move into your most embodied self.
