Anna Manlulo cooks, eats and writes with passion. Her cooking honours the history, culture and memories growing up in the Philippines.
She shares her daily cooking adventures and dining escapades in Sydney and beyond through her social media channel Adobo Down Under. As a parent and first generation migrant, Anna took her mission to heart navigating Australian life with her family, the bearer of stories and Filipino traditions, creating memories through food. Anna plays an active role in the community advocating for local Filipino food business and raising awareness for the Philippines culinary culture for the wider Australian community. She founded the Filipino Food Movement Australia, a registered non profit organisation based in NSW.
Anna is currently working on a cookbook to celebrate her passion and share it with the world, starting with adobo.
