Hi, I'm Anna Di Bartolo the founder of Frequency Lifestyles, created from my deep desire to step into the next chapter of my life with purpose, meaning, and integrity. Guided by a strong inner calling, I set out to build a business that not only fulfilled me personally but supported others in a truly ethical and empowering way.
Through my own transformative experiences with breathwork, I discovered the profound impact of nervous system regulation, conscious breathing, and embodied joy. These experiences became the foundation of my offerings, including Breathwork, Laughter Yoga, and immersive retreats.
Drawing on my extensive network, I collaborate with trusted professionals across wellness, movement, nutrition, and personal development. Together, we create nurturing experiences that support healing, connection, and self-discovery and allowing each person to reconnect with themselves and elevate their wellbeing on every level.
