Anna grew up surrounded by the sea, mythology and stories from an early age, she developed a lifelong love of books, nurtured by her mother’s nightly readings and her own endless curiosity. For the past 13 years she has lived in Melbourne, where new stories, nature and culture have continued to shape and unfurl her sense of meaning.
Anna is a qualified Pranayma breathwork, yoga and meditation teacher, she also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Library Science and is a certified bibliotherapist through Heartfelt Bibliotherapy Australia. She loves weaving together the power of spoken word, movement and breath and in that simply unfurling as a being.
For Anna, breathing, moving the body and reading is a deeply embodied experience: a way for breath, body and words to resonate beyond the mind and into the body, awakening insight, emotion and connection. Through her work, she invites others to deepen their relationship with themselves, and to discover how stories, stillness and self-awareness can bring meaning and harmony to life.
