A sumptuous eight dish meal designed by master chef Brian Anderson including Kingfish Tartare, Seared scallop with pickled mustard rolled noodles, Confit duck pancakes, Slow cooked lamb with 4 perfectly matched cocktails featuring Anther’s famous spirits, constructed by esteemed mixologist, Sebastian Reaburn. A highlight will be the evocative Mooncake Gin featuring Red Date, Lotus Seeds, and Rose with vibrant Aussie botanicals like Lemon Gum and finger lime. We will also collaborate with our friends and local shrub creator at The Curious Cabinet to ensure we have a unique non-alcoholic cocktail pairing on offer ensuring a memorable experience for all.
