Anti-Poverty Network SA is an alliance of people affected by or concerned about poverty and unemployment, and a voice for South Australians on low incomes.
We are run by, and advocate for, job-seekers, low-income workers, sole parents, aged and disability pensioners, carers, students, community workers, and more.
Since 2013, Anti-Poverty Network SA has been actively campainging:
For a welfare system that gives people a liveable income, and treats them with dignity and respect
Against the attempts to demonise the unemployed, and those scraping by on welfare
For a housing system that puts peoples’ needs and rights first, instead of prioritising the profits of investors and landlords
