Holds a reverence for harmony, natures wisdom, creativity and community. 

Ancient Rhythms Art is about sinking into a slower rhythm of our breath and nature and the common threads us humans share. 

Our gatherings are safe and nurturing spaces to share your inspirations, creations and the softness and wildness of who you are! A space where we all belong, often involving delicious food and ceremony. 

That may be expressed with an art work shop, Ecstatic dance, vintage inspired self love postal service or Poetry, story and song open Mic.
