About Archleys
Archleys started with a simple idea: that writing can help us make sense of ourselves.
It came from a drive to make journaling more accessible. A lot of people want to write but don’t know where to start. So I began creating tools that use questions and reflective practices to anchor the process. Something to help people build a habit, explore what’s going on inside, and ultimately understand themselves better. And when that happens, we start to make better sense of the people around us too.
The tools are designed to feel approachable. Simple enough to pick up, but deep enough to shift something. From guided journals to prompt decks, everything is made to help people slow down, check in with themselves, and create a writing practice that feels personal and sustainable.
What began as a personal project has slowly grown into a small range stocked in over 40 stores around Australia, including MONA and the Queensland Art Gallery. But the heart of it hasn’t changed. Archleys is here to help people listen in, write it down, and reflect on the stuff that usually gets rushed past.
I also host Make Your Mind, a podcast about how our internal worlds work. I speak with thinkers across neuroscience, psychology, and everyday life about self-awareness, emotions, and the questions that help us grow.
