Art2Heal is a creative and contemplative movement that explores art as a tool for self-discovery, healing, and emotional connection. Designed for individuals, couples, friends, and teams, Art2Heal offers immersive workshops that blend intuitive creativity with mindfulness, creating safe and inspiring spaces to reconnect with the body, mind, and spirit.
Based in Chippendale (NSW), Art2Heal operates across Australia and internationally, bringing transformative experiences to diverse settings - from studios and retreats to community spaces and corporate environments.
More than a project, Art2Heal is also a book and a methodology. Its 13 chapters, based on guided meditations and creative practices, invite you to look beyond ego, labels, and roles, and rediscover your authentic self through intuitive collage, reflective writing, and visual storytelling.
The project is the vision of Fabio Borges - a Brazilian-born visual artist, educator, and holistic practitioner whose analogue and digital collages explore the profound connection between creativity, healing, and self-awareness. With over five years of experience facilitating art workshops, Fabio integrates guided meditation, conscious breathing, and symbolic expression to help people access and process their inner narratives.
His approach is rooted in formal studies in Healing with the Arts (University of Florida) and Positive Psychiatry and Mental Health (University of Sydney), and is enriched by a background in branding, marketing, and communication. This intersection of art, psychology, and storytelling gives Art2Heal a unique voice - one that builds bridges between aesthetics, purpose, and personal transformation.
Fabio’s artwork has been exhibited in major cities including New York, London, Los Angeles, Barcelona, Madrid, Miami, São Paulo, and Sydney.
Through Art2Heal, he invites people to slow down, listen inwardly, and reclaim the creative energy that lives in all of us. His mission is to inspire others to navigate their emotional landscapes with courage, curiosity, and compassion - using art not just as expression, but as a path to presence, clarity, and connection.
