The ARTSA Institute (ARTSA-i), formerly known as the Australian Road Transport Suppliers Association, has been established to provide technical leadership in the rapidly changing Australian heavy vehicle industry.

ARTSA-i supports the industry and its members through providing:
Information and training about technical matters.
Investigations to improve heavy vehicle safety and productivity.
Seminars, conferences and social events that are intended to inform members about technical topics and to facilitate new contacts.
Provide regulators with reliable information about technical topics of importance to industry.

ARTSA-i is also a leader in gathering and analysing information on the Heavy Vehicle Transport industry in Australia, and provides ARTSA-DATA services to industry.
