Jennifer Lorena walks the path of a Sacred Space Weaver and Drum Carrier, guiding others through deep ancestral connection and earth-based wisdom. Her journey began with yoga during a time of personal transformation, but it was through reconnecting with her ancestral roots and the rhythmic pulse of the Shamanic Drum that she truly found her calling.
She works with the medicine of the drum, leading others through the sacred process of birthing their own and facilitating powerful ceremonial spaces that weave together ancient practices, ritual, and storytelling.
As a qualified Yoga, Yin Yoga , and Yoga Nidra teacher, Jennifer guides others in deepening their self-awareness through movement and meditation. She is also a certified Sacred Cacao Facilitator, working with this heart-opening plant medicine to support profound inner journeys.
As a Reiki Master, and Shamanic Energy practitioner she channels energy in alignment with Spirit, offering deep healing through sound, movement, and intention.
Walking between worlds as a Modern Medicine Woman, Jennifer integrates Ancient modalities, Shamanic wisdom, sacred sound, movement and intuition to help others reconnect with their true essence—returning to their inner knowing, healing, and wholeness.
