Ash is a passionate movement guide with a rich background in yoga and a deep love for exploring the body’s wisdom through motion. With years of experience as a yoga teacher, her journey began in the world of structured practice — flowing through sequences that built strength, awareness, and inner stillness. Alongside yoga, her training in martial arts instilled a deep respect for the body’s capabilities and wisdom.
Over time, Ash began to feel the pull of her inner world — a quiet but persistent call to move beyond the edges of form. This invitation led her to explore somatic and free-form movement: ways of moving that colour outside the lines, where every gesture becomes a conversation with sensation, emotion, and story. It is in this space that Ash found her deepest connection to herself — where she could dance with her whole being, welcome all that she is, and move in rhythm with her truth.
Today, Ash brings this heartful exploration to her classes and events, guiding others to drop out of the mind and into the body — to feel, to listen, and to move with presence. She believes that when we learn to meet all parts of ourselves — not just the polished or composed ones — we come home to something real, whole, and healing.
