Ash Bennallack has spent the last 12+ years in the corporate, sporting and community sectors, specialising in preventative mental health and wellbeing.
Ash is an experienced Be Well Plan trainer - having delivered this course to clients including Bendigo & Adelaide Bank, Bendigo Spirit and Bendigo Braves Basketball Franchises, NAB, Village Roadshow, Sea World, Movie World and many more.
Ash is also a Resilience First Aid Instructor - training these market leading preventative mental health and wellbeing skills in corporate settings.
Ash has held his Mental Health First Aid Certificate since 2014 and has recently added this course to the suite of programs that he is Licensed to train.
In addition to holding licenses to train multiple mental health and wellbeing courses, Ash holds Post Graduate Qualifications in Wellness obtained at RMIT University.
Ash combines 30 years career experience in corporate, medium and small business, with a passion for educating adults in evidence-based, proven and practical mental health skills.
Ash is also an active and engaged advocate for the health of men and boys throughout Australia.
