AT Out West is a collaboration between three Alexander Technique teachers: Susan Renkert from Katoomba, Erin Poga from Lithgow and Elissa Jones from Bathurst. Susan is public health professional, a qualified fitness instructor and swim teacher. Erin is an occupational therapist with a passion to see people thrive in their everyday lives. Elissa is an early childhood music teacher and trombonist with qualifications in science and music.
