Think of us as angels. Or, if you prefer, a slightly gayer (if possible) Robin Hood. We raise money, then give it away. We fund incredible individuals, organisations and charities who are relentlessly working to make life fairer, safer and more enjoyable for LGBTQ+ people.
For nearly 30 years, Attitude Magazine has been telling LGBTQ+ stories, celebrating our community and making sure queer lives are seen and heard. Today, it’s one of the world’s biggest LGBTQ+ media brands, reaching millions through print, digital, social and live events.
🤔 But visibility only takes us so far.
Over the years, Attitude has met countless people doing incredible things for our community: individuals with big ideas, grassroots organisations making things happen, and charities fighting every day to make LGBTQ+ lives better.
🚀 We wanted to do more than tell their stories. We wanted to back them.
So, in 2018, the Attitude Foundation was born, turning Attitude’s platform, connections and fundraising power into direct support for those who are making a difference.
Since then, we’ve raised more than £600,000 for LGBTQ+ causes, supporting projects that make our community safer, stronger, happier and prouder.
And while we don’t believe fundraising has to be stuffy, serious or particularly well-behaved, we are deadly serious about what we’re here to achieve: a world where LGBTQ+ people can thrive, at work, at home and at play.
