Established over a decade ago in Georgetown, Far North Queensland, Australian Horizons Foundation's mission is to raise funds to provide social and economic support to rural communities across Australia through delivering the BeefitUpAustralia Let's Get Rural Social support project, and by contributing to other charities, community groups, organisations and individuals who focus on, or have outreach into rural communities.
The Foundation's vision is that rural Australians will be healthy, happy, feel connected, be resilient and feel positive about their futures.
