The Australian Volunteer Emergency Chaplaincy Alliance (AVECA) is a network of the National Council of Churches in Australia. It exists to bring together the leaders of disaster recovery chaplaincy in every state and territory and support the development of training, cooperation and best practice in equipping volunteer chaplains working in disasters and emergencies across Australia.
