Lovely to connect and share my background with you. With over two decades of experience, I bring a richly layered approach that weaves together clinical depth, holistic wisdom, and creative expression. Professionally trained in Psychology and Arts Psychotherapy in the UK, and now a PACFA-registered Clinical Psychotherapist in Australia, my practice is trauma-informed, developmentally attuned, and rooted in relational and systemic perspectives. I have extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and families through dyadic work, adolescent-focused sessions, and whole-family approaches — always with a gentle, respectful holding of each person’s story.
My therapeutic framework is integrative, drawing on modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based therapies, and creative arts processes to support healing, wholeness, and inner harmony. At the heart of my work is a soulful, holistic orientation. I bring decades of experience in soul work, shamanic practice, and energy healing, honouring the spiritual and energetic dimensions of the human experience. I hold sacred space for deep transformation — where body, mind, soul, and spirit can be fully met, witnessed, and supported.
Deeply connected to nature, the seasons, and the rhythms of life, my work is grounded in an earth-based spirituality and a reverence for the cycles that shape us. My personal and professional development is a living process, nourished by daily self-care practices, reflective supervision, ritual, and ongoing learning. I walk my talk — continuously exploring the terrain of my own inner world to stay resourced, embodied, and ethically aligned in my work with others.
As an artist and SoulCollage® facilitator, I use image-making, symbol, and story as portals to the inner self. My creative practice is both personal and professional — a form of self-inquiry, a healing modality, and a way to support clients in accessing their own intuitive wisdom and inner archetypes.
I also offer supervision, professional development workshops, and lectures for therapists and allied health professionals, supporting others in bringing depth, creativity, and soulful presence into their own practice.
