Ballina Shire Youth Artists supports creative young people to build confidence, capacity, networks and cross disciplinary pathways, through three core streams.
a) Youth Mic (contemporary)
b) Classic Youth (including jazz),

c)Youth Visual (design for musicians)
We offer regular performance and creative opportunities across diverse venues in the region.
We provide a non‑school, non-denominational, alcohol-free environment that is safe, supportive and collaborative. Each event includes mentorship from our hosts and a concluding Q&A for performers, mentors and audience. Our aim is to give local youth a safe space to be heard, build confidence, and discover meaningful creative futures, ensuring the future of our industry. Connection over Competition.
