The Bay Street Initiative Pty Ltd (BSI) is a privately funded, non-profit business that was formed in June 2021 by a group of stakeholders who saw potential in transforming the area into an urban hub.
Bay St was established to promote and strengthen Double Bay, and to lift the profile and trade of the retailers residing within the stakeholder properties and surrounding area. Operating as the communications, event and public relations office for the properties and retailers, Bay Street has implemented a range of ideas to achieve inherent goals and objectives for the properties within the stakeholder remit.
