I work with women who are navigating life transitions so that they can discover or rediscover their own unique way of being.
Yogic studies led me to take a body-oriented approach, which means paying attention to the whole of the individual, not only words spoken, but also unconscious patterns and the feelings and sensations in the body.
I am a counsellor and, in order to more effectively work with complex trauma and other disorders of the self, I am currently studying psychodynamic psychotherapy with the Australian and New Zealand Association of Psychotherapists.
I am a daughter, a sister, a lover, a friend, a life-long learner and a devoted mother of two.
I have been told that I hold the therapy space for others with both keen awareness and gentleness.
