I'm Bec Wild and I coach women who are ready to take the leap into radical self responsibility. Women who know that there is so much more to life than feeling overwhelmed, stuck, guilty, angry and frustrated. Women who are sick of feeling not good enough and sick of staying stuck in destructive cycles in their relationships with their partners, children and themselves.

I am one of the keepers of the Women's Mysteries. I stand for women reclaiming their power. I stand for mothers being fierce guardians of their children. And I do this with two feet firmly on the ground. I like all the witchy things and the work I do is in this earthly realm with the mind and body that you have right here, right now.

I intertwine the latest brain and nervous system science, history (HERstory), psychology, spirituality, cultural deconstruction, self mastery techniques, self reflection, somatic and breathwork practices, and sharing in circle to weave magical journeys of cognitive understanding, relational growth, unconscious reprogramming, epigenetic healing, nervous system rewiring, personal connection and physical, bone deep remembering.
