Here, we strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all individuals to practice yoga in a fun and inspiring setting. Offering a space where you can let loose, laugh, and escape the stress of daily life and connect with yourself through the practice of yoga.
Our certified instructor (Renee Blick) is passionate about offering an experience and will guide you through each class, with modifications and adjustments to ensure you have a safe and comfortable practice. Our mission is to make yoga more accessible to everyone, offering Koha (donation) classes in honor of bringing these well-being practices to the community.
