The Bendigo Maubisse Friendship Committee Inc. (BMFC) has maintained a friendship relationship with the Maubisse community in Timor-Leste since 2006. Over 20 years, BMFC has supported locally initiated programs in health, education, skills development, and community capacity building. BMFC is a volunteer-led organisation with established financial oversight, annual reporting obligations, and long-standing partnerships in Maubisse.
