She’s the founder of Raw Innovation Pty limited, a global Innovation company dedicated to helping people and organisations GROW.

BJ has worked across every industry and turned businesses around from $-8M EBIT to $52M, increased engagement internally by 13% in 9mths, developed one of the “fastest selling beers” on the market and launched patient support programs that have truly transformed the lives of those living with chronic disease.
BJ has previously been on the Board of the National Centre for Suicide Prevention and Training so deeply understand mental health. She’s originally from the country, a mother of 2, a jazz drummer by trade and runs a touch football competition in her spare time to help connect the community to healthy activities.
