For nearly two decades, Alison Berryman has assisted clients with negotiations of high value technology contracts, making sure her clients don't get railroaded by big organisations e.g. financial services, major retail and the public sector. Alison is very commercial and prides herself in knowing when to fight to protect her clients' interests, and when it's OK to give in to get the deal done. She also assists with standard terms, data protection and IP advice.

Anna Ward is an IP and commercial lawyer with over ten years of experience helping clients to navigate intellectual property disputes: from trade mark disputes to website blocking injunctions, copyright issues and disputes concerning confidential information. She now focuses primarily on IP in the context of commercial contracts and licensing, as well as broader commercial contracts work. With experience in large and small firms, working with clients in the entertainment, media and tech sectors as well as small businesses and individuals, she am well-placed to assist with clients' business needs, whatever their size.
