We were founded by Ashley Belteky, a qualified heavy vehicle diesel mechanic who learned on the tools that the hardest part of the job was never the machines. It was the people. Most tradies get promoted for being good at the work, then get left to figure out the people side on their own.
Our workshops and programs give trade business owners, supervisors and leading hands practical tools they can use on the job: how to get through to their people, have the hard conversations early, and bring out the best in their team.
Everything we run comes from lived trade experience, in plain language, for the people doing the work.
