Boandik was established in 1956 and has served the Limestone Coast community operating three residential aged care homes and retirement living in Mount Gambier and Port MacDonnell and community home care services for participants across the South East. We are also a significant employer in the region with more than 450 staff working across 16 Limestone Coast communities. The organisation remains community-owned and governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, maintaining its long standing commitment to quality, compassion and care for older Australians.
