The Inclusive Bondi workshop series is delivered by the Bondi & Districts Chamber of Commerce.
Developed in alignment with Waverley Council’s Disability Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP), the initiative has been designed to help bridge the gap between policy, business, and the broader community through practical, real-world conversations focused on inclusion, accessibility, employment pathways, and meaningful community participation.
The program brings together business leaders, Chambers of Commerce, councils, employment providers, community organisations, lived experience contributors, and stakeholders working across the disability and government services sectors throughout Australia.
Rather than focusing solely on awareness, the workshops are centred around practical implementation, stronger community engagement, and helping businesses and organisations better understand what inclusive practices can look like in real-world settings.
The initiative also aims to position the Bondi & Districts Chamber of Commerce as a proactive leader in supporting practical, community-connected outcomes that create genuine impact for both the business and broader community sectors.
