ABOUT
I hold simple, land based breathwork and ceremonial gatherings.
This work is grounded and relational.
It is not performative, motivational, or outcome driven.
I do not promise transformation.
I hold steady conditions where people can slow down, listen, and meet what is already present.
Breath is central.
Ceremony provides structure.
The land is an active participant.
I host regular gatherings on my land in regional NSW, with periodic events held in other locations.
Groups are intentionally small and held with care.
APPROACH
Breath is used as a direct, embodied practice.
The work supports people to:
settle and regulate their system
release accumulated tension
access clarity through sensation rather than analysis
This is not about fixing yourself or striving for a particular state.
It is about presence, pacing, and honest contact with what is here.
LIFE & CONTEXT
I live on the land with my wife and our four children.
Family life, land stewardship, and rhythm shape how this work is held.
These values inform my approach,
with patience,
with responsibility,
and with respect for individual timing.
PARTICIPATION
These gatherings are not designed for everyone.
They are for those who feel the need to pause, sit, and return to relationship with their body and the land, without urgency or performance.
