Brendan understands the importance of a holistic approach to wellness by working with both the body and the mind. He has a passion for weaving together his knowledge of modern western science and his experience teaching traditional eastern modalities. Brendan is a certified breathwork practitioner, yoga teacher, a behavioural scientist and currently undergoing his masters in counselling and a mentorship in clinical breath science. After 12 years of experience facilitating in the mental health and well-being space, he has developed a passion for guiding people towards living a more calm, peaceful and centred life through guiding practices that regulate the nervous system, slow the mind, and relax the body.
