Brown Hope is a wild dream for racial justice and healing. Serving Portland since 2018, we’re a visionary nonprofit which emerged from a deep sense of urgency to overcome the cycle of wounding that Black, Brown, and Indigenous communities experience because of historical and ongoing racial trauma.
Brown Hope inspires racial healing through our innovative theory of change, our programs and initiatives have included Power Hour, Solidarity Squad, Blackstreet Bakery, Equity & Beyond, and Black Resilience Fund.
