Brunswick Communities for Nature is a group of local volunteers helping convert nature strips and other green open spaces into native gardens, creating a biodiversity corridor from Merri Creek to Moonee Ponds Creek. We propagate and distribute plants of the Western Volcanic Plains, Victoria, Australia.
