Bullerengue Circle

Bullerengue Circle is a London-based collective fostering the Afro-Colombian tradition of bullerengue as a conscious, artistic practice and way of life. Through drums, chants and dance, this ritual brings the community together in the present to reconnect to creative power, self-expression and joy. Bullerengue is traditionally practiced by communities that have experienced slavery or violence - becoming a symbol of resistance and resilience.
